2. collection, processing and use of personal data

2.1 Personal data

Personal data is information about the factual or personal circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, name, telephone number, address and all data that you provide to us in the context of participation in our events.

Aggregated data that we collect, for example, when you visit our website or in the form of counts at on-site events, and which cannot be directly linked to you personally, are not covered by this.

2.2 Collection, processing and use of personal data

We collect, store and process your data for support in the run-up to and during participation in our events, including any subsequent warranties, for our services, technical administration and our own marketing purposes. Your personal data will only be passed on or otherwise transferred to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or billing or if you have given your prior consent (for example, we have to pass on your name to a hotel or airline if you have booked the accommodation or transport service through us but a third company provides the relevant service). In the context of our events, for example, the service providers we use here receive the necessary data for order processing. The data passed on in this way may only be used by our service providers to fulfil their task. Any other use of the information is not permitted and does not take place with any of the service providers entrusted by us. Your personal data will be deleted if this does not conflict with statutory retention obligations and if you have asserted a claim for deletion, if the data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored or if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.

2.3 Advertising via e-mail

Participants of our events will receive recommendations and information about future events after their participation. You will receive these recommendations from us automatically. In this way, we want to send you information about our offer that may interest you based on your participation in past events. In doing so, we strictly comply with the legal requirements. If you no longer wish to receive recommendations or promotional messages from us, you can object to this at any time. A message in text form to the contact data mentioned under point 1 (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter) is sufficient for this purpose. Of course, you will also find an unsubscribe link in every e-mail.

3. log files

Each time our websites are accessed, usage data is transmitted by the respective web browser and stored in log files, the so-called server log files. The stored data records contain the following data: Date and time of access, name of the page accessed, IP address, referrer URL (origin URL from which you came to the web pages), the amount of data transferred, as well as the product and version number of the browser used. The IP addresses of the users are deleted or anonymised after 30 days. In the case of anonymisation, the IP addresses are changed in such a way that the individual details about personal or factual circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person or can only be assigned to such a person with a disproportionate amount of time, cost and effort. We evaluate these log file data records in anonymised form in order to further improve our web presence and to find technical errors more quickly.

4. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

By using mannschaftsausfahrt.de, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

If you do not want information about your website visit to be transmitted to Google Analytics, you have the option of installing a "deactivation add-on" for your browser. You can download this add-on at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. Please note, however, that it is currently only available for Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Opera.

Without your express consent, we will not use the tracking tools to collect unnoticed personal data about you, transmit such data to third-party providers and marketing platforms or link the data to your personal data (name, address, etc.).

5. information rights of the data subject

According to the Federal Data Protection Act, you have the right to free information about your stored data and, if applicable, the right to correct, block or delete data. We take the protection of your data very seriously. To ensure that personal data is not disclosed to third parties, please send your request by e-mail or post to the address given under point 1.
