Salou

Salou is a small holiday resort at the Mediterranean Sea in Spain and is located about 100 kilometres west of Barcelona. Salou is located at the Costa Daurada coastline - hence the tournament name Copa Daurada. Here you can enjoy your breaks from the matches on the fine-grained sandy beach or take a trip to Barcelona or the Port Aventura theme park.

Location of the sports facility

Sports facility

The Futbol Salou sports complex is absolutely unique in Europe. You will play against teams from 6 different countries to win the tournament on a total of 4 well-maintained natural grass pitches and 4 artificial pitches.

The sports facility is within walking distance of the holiday resort, so you can move around freely.

Go Karting

There is a beautiful karting track right in Salou, which you can easily reach on foot. Here you have the opportunity to prove your karting skills on tracks of varying lengths. The tandem karts are a special highlight.

Camp Nou Stadium

The Camp Nou stadium is being extensively remodelled, but should be completed in May 2026. Should this not be the case, there will be a virtual 3D stadium tour in which the new Camp Nou will be presented in the form of a breathtaking immersive stadium tour!

The Camp Nou stadium is the home of FC Barcelona and, with almost 100,000 seats, the largest stadium in Europe. Head to the Les Corts district and let Lionel Messi and Co. guide you through the stadium's catacombs.

Amusement park

The Port Aventura theme park is the largest theme park in the country and is not far from the sports facility. Alternatively, there is also Ferrari Land, which is ideal if you only have half a day free.

Arrival

The tournament will take place at the Costa Daurada in Spain, so you can easily travel via Barcelona. Either book a BALLFREUNDE bus journey directly through us at an all-inclusive price, take the plane or travel by train!

To get from Barcelona to the tournament venue, you can simply take a bus shuttle for the outward and return journey together for just €48.00 per person.

You as a coach contact us and we will send you further information and the prices for a possible participation. At the same time, we will reserve a place for you for three weeks without obligation.

Discuss accommodation and arrival

You will now discuss with your team and the parents and see which accommodation and journey fits best. We have reserved the starting spots for you!
